The Knox County Chamber of Commerce is excited once again to host the annual Educators Breakfast, a special event designed to welcome new educators and recognize veteran teachers in the Knox County community.
The event will be held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM at Foster Hall in Ariel Arena on the campus of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, located at 800 Martinsburg Road, Mount Vernon.
Each year, this breakfast brings together local business leaders, community supporters, and educators to celebrate the beginning of a new school year and to highlight the vital role educators play in shaping the future of Knox County. It provides an opportunity for the community to show appreciation for the hard work and dedication of those who have committed themselves to educating the next generation of community leaders.
This year’s featured guest speaker is Dr. John Berry, President of Central Ohio Technical College, who will offer an inspiring message for educators as they prepare to step into their classrooms and make a difference in the lives of their students this school year.
Admission:
New Educators in Knox County: Free
Veteran Educators: $25.00
Community Supporters: $25.00
