Description: Provides secretarial support for nursing and public safety programs at the KTC Extension Campus, 1481 Yauger Road. This is a part-time position and does not include benefits.
Essential Functions Include:

Welcomes visitors by greeting them; answering or referring inquiries; giving directions to and within facilities, and managing access-controlled doors.

Assists potential students.

Processes adult learner payments by receipting monies; processing credit card transactions.

Assists with maintaining adult learner accounts.

Maintains security by following school procedures.

Protects student and staff privacy
